Embracing the challenge, we collaborated closely with Alister and his team to develop an HVAC system for the restaurant. Our focus was on ensuring proper airflow and balance while also establishing optimal ventilation in the kitchen, complete with a comprehensive range hood system. Soi 38 now known for its spicy menu but a cool environment!
