Installations
Trusted partners
Whether you are planning a single-room split, a whole-home ducted system, or climate infrastructure for a development, these are the questions we hear most - with straight answers from our team.

Timelines, process, and what to expect on site.
A residential split system is often completed in a single day. Ducted systems typically take 2–4 days depending on home size, ceiling access, and zoning. Commercial fit-outs and development work are scheduled in stages - we provide a detailed programme at quote stage.
For residential work, we need access at the start and end of each day for handover and testing. You do not need to be present for the full install if access is arranged. Commercial and site work is coordinated with your builder or facilities team.
We assess your space, discuss comfort goals and budget, review ceiling cavity or plant room access, and check electrical capacity. For ducted or commercial systems, we perform room-by-room heat load calculations - not rule-of-thumb quoting.
Our technicians use drop sheets, minimise ceiling cuts, and patch and paint where required as part of the scope. We plan pipe and duct routes to avoid unnecessary disruption and leave the site clean at handover.
Yes. We work with builders and architects from rough-in through to final commission - coordinating with other trades so ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical are in place before linings go up.
Systems & brands
Systems & brands
Choosing the right technology and manufacturer.
We partner with Panasonic, Daikin, Mitsubishi, Reece, Fantech, Ideal Supply, Idealair Group, AAD, and Airefrig - plus other major HVAC brands. We recommend the best fit for your space, budget, and performance requirements - not a one-size-fits-all catalogue.
Splits suit single rooms, apartments, and renovations where ductwork is impractical. Ducted systems deliver whole-home comfort through discreet ceiling outlets with multi-zone control - ideal for new builds and larger homes. We assess your floor plan and advise accordingly.
Variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems serve multiple zones from a single outdoor unit - common in offices, retail, and multi-storey commercial buildings. Each tenant or room can be controlled independently with centralised management.
Yes. Through Rinnai and Brivis we supply and install gas ducted heating, hydronic systems, and evaporative cooling - particularly popular across Melbourne's established suburbs and regional Victoria.
Most modern systems support Wi-Fi and app control. We configure scheduling, zoning, and remote access at handover and can advise on compatibility with platforms like Google Home and Apple HomeKit.
Costs & quotes
Costs & quotes
Pricing, finance, and what's included.
Residential splits start from a few thousand dollars installed; ducted systems vary significantly with home size and zoning. Commercial and development projects are quoted per scope. We provide itemised quotes after consultation - no hidden extras.
Our quotes are fixed for the agreed scope. If site conditions differ from what was visible at consultation - for example, unexpected ceiling obstructions - we discuss variations before proceeding.
Energy-efficient systems may qualify for federal or state incentives depending on current programmes. We advise on eligible models at specification stage and provide documentation for any claims.
Residential projects typically require a deposit on acceptance with balance on completion. Development and commercial clients can arrange milestone billing aligned with construction stages. Speak to our team about your project structure.
Maintenance & warranty
Maintenance & warranty
Keeping your system performing long-term.
Yes. Scheduled maintenance packages include filter replacement, coil cleaning, refrigerant checks, and performance testing. Regular servicing keeps efficiency ratings intact and protects manufacturer warranties.
We recommend annual professional servicing for residential systems. Commercial and high-use environments may benefit from six-monthly visits. Manufacturers often require proof of regular maintenance for warranty claims.
Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment - typically 5 years on parts with registered installation. We also stand behind our workmanship with a installation guarantee. Full warranty terms are provided at handover.
Contact our service desk on 1300 462 247. Existing clients with maintenance agreements receive priority response. We diagnose, repair, or coordinate manufacturer warranty claims as needed.
Commercial & developments
Commercial & developments
Fit-outs, precincts, and builder partnerships.
Yes. We specialise in multi-residential and mixed-use developments - delivering climate infrastructure from design through to defect-free handover. We work with builders, developers, and certifiers across Victoria and interstate.
Every commercial and development project includes as-built drawings, compliance certificates, commissioning reports, and O&M manuals - documentation that satisfies certifiers, facilities teams, and body corporates.
We plan commercial fit-outs with after-hours install programs, staged rollouts, and minimal disruption to occupied floors. SWMS, site inductions, and height access compliance are standard on every site.
Yes. We tender for multi-dwelling HVAC, precinct-wide plant, and repeat builder partnerships. Our development team provides budget estimates early in design and value-engineering options where appropriate.
