Our approach

Tailored care, without compromise

Full maintenance solution

Every building and every HVAC system is different - which is why we never take a one-size-fits-all approach to maintenance.

We design a service plan around your equipment, property, usage, and schedule - whether that means preventative visits, routine servicing, or ongoing support for a portfolio of sites.

For every system we supply and install, we follow up with a recommended care plan to protect performance, preserve warranties, and catch issues before they become costly failures.

Agreements stay flexible: no long-term lock-ins, and only one month's notice if your needs change. Reliable support - without unnecessary commitments.

Before you call

Common issues & quick checks

These checks may resolve simple problems. If symptoms persist, turn the system off and contact our service desk.

Check the mode is set to cool (not heat or fan), the temperature is set below room temperature, and filters are clean. If the outdoor unit isn't running or ice is visible on the indoor coil, turn the system off and call us - continuing to run can cause compressor damage.

This usually indicates a blocked condensate drain or dirty filter restricting airflow and causing coil freeze-thaw. Turn the system off, check the filter, and contact us if dripping continues - water damage to ceilings can escalate quickly.

Check the circuit breaker, isolator switch near the outdoor unit, and remote batteries. If power is present but the unit is unresponsive, note any error codes on the display and call our service desk with your model number.

Musty smells often mean mould on dirty coils or filters - schedule a service promptly. Grinding, rattling, or hissing sounds can indicate mechanical or refrigerant issues. Turn the system off and book a technician rather than waiting for failure.

Gradual efficiency loss from dirty coils, low refrigerant, or ageing equipment is common. A performance service typically restores much of the lost efficiency - and we can advise if upgrade makes more sense than continued repair.
