Prepare for Installation Day

A little preparation before installation day helps our team work efficiently and minimises disruption to your home or business. You do not need to prepare the technical work - that is our job - but access and communication make a significant difference.

Clear paths to indoor unit locations, the outdoor unit pad, and switchboard access. Move furniture away from walls where indoor units will be mounted, and ensure the ceiling cavity access point is reachable for ducted work. For commercial sites, confirm after-hours access and induction requirements with your site manager.

Pets should be secured in a separate area during installation, and children kept away from work zones - particularly when ladders, refrigerant handling, or ceiling access is involved. Our technicians use drop sheets but construction work creates dust and noise.

If you are not able to be present for the full install, arrange access and a contact number for questions during the day. We will call before arrival and confirm completion before leaving site.

At handover, we walk you through the controller, app setup if applicable, filter access, and warranty registration. Keep your commissioning report and service schedule - they protect your warranty and remind you when the first service is due.
